Jake is a real asset to this business; he made sure our issue with a damaged hot tub got sorted out and even hooked us up with an upgraded version. I've told all my pals and clients about this company since they offer hot tubs at fantastic prices for the quality.

This is the second tub I've bought from this company. Their products are fantastic value for money and way cheaper than other places. The control panel is the key part of the tub, and they really use top-notch materials.

I even told a friend about them, and they ended up buying one too.

Stay away from this company, it's got terrible craftsmanship. Just plain awful!

Five Stars All the Way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Great experience with BlackDiamond Spas. Ordering was a breeze, and I got plenty of solid advice for what we needed. The hottub arrived sooner than we thought, and the team was right on time. Jay and Clint were super friendly and helpful, providing us with tons of info. They made everything so much easier than the usual advice folks give about hot tub maintenance. They tidied up after themselves and left our place just like they found it, plus we got this fantastic Monaco 1 hot tub. It only took about six hours to heat up, even though it’s supposed to take longer. We’re really enjoying it so far and would definitely recommend it! 👌

Black Diamond Spas seems to care only about pushing hot tubs, with zero concern for after-sales support or any issues that might pop up. I've been disappointed by this company way too many times. Most recently, they sold me a defective filter housing unit that set me back £260 for an engineer to install. They put in new piping for the filter housing, but when it was turned on, water gushed out the top. The engineer made several attempts to fix the seal but ultimately said it was faulty.

I got my Hot Tub from this place roughly a year and a half ago and just had it serviced. Before I made the purchase, I had a ton of questions, and the team (Jake and James) were really patient in answering all of them. Their customer service is top-notch, always friendly and ready to help. The technician who came for the service today was incredibly professional and super helpful as well. I’d totally recommend them to anyone looking!

I placed my order over the phone and put down a deposit. Two days before the delivery, I settled the remaining balance. The delivery and setup were handled by friendly staff. However, a vibration noise started up two weeks later. They quickly sent someone out to fix it, and it was all sorted. I would totally recommend them!

I can totally vouch for the black diamonds spa. The service was top-notch when I made my purchase. The sales guy was super helpful and really knew his stuff. The two installers, Terry and John from the Chesterfield distribution center, were great too. Overall, I'm really pleased with everything.

The tub showed up on Friday afternoon, but it had the wrong control panel. Chris made a trip back to the base to grab the right one, and he really went the extra mile. The team from Black Diamond was top-notch from beginning to end. We absolutely love our Milan spa!

I’m totally thrilled with my new hot tub!! After a buddy suggested Black Diamond Spa, I took the plunge, even though it felt a bit scary ordering without seeing the showroom since I’m up in Scotland. But man, am I glad I went with this company! I picked the Valencia 1 model, and James and Jake were super helpful before I made the purchase, answering all of my 100 questions over the phone 😂. Grant and Chris Baggaley delivered it today, and they were incredibly professional, walking me through everything. I was told it would take 8-10 weeks for delivery, but I got it in just 5, which was a nice surprise. Big thanks to everyone for the awesome support and fantastic customer service!!

I absolutely adore the hot tub! I went for the Palma Spa in black. Even though it took a bit longer than expected to arrive, it made it just in time for my birthday celebration.
